Return & Exchange Policy

Each Print Caddie product is 3D-printed to order, uniquely made just for you. Because of this custom production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind, color preference, or minor surface variations that are inherent to 3D printing.

However, we want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or experiences a functional issue under normal use, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — including photos and your order number — and we will make it right with a replacement or solution.

What is covered:
• Shipping damage
• Incorrect item received
• Structural failure or print defect affecting function

What is not covered:
• Change of mind or choosing the wrong color/size
• Normal 3D-printing texture or small cosmetic variation
• Wear and tear from handling, dropping, or alteration

Since these items are printed on demand, cancellations must be made within 3 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellation or refund may not be possible.
